Enjoyed my fabulous stay in September. The location was marvellous and peaceful, at a moderate distance from Lower Gardens. The hotel itself was in a good area, adjacent to the front garden, which has a very colourful display, the seafront and main shopping centre and arcades.

Possibly the best and pleasant overnight stay in September. Magnificent and unbeatable location in particularly good area, short walk to Maluth Lodge, town centre and other attractions and the shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from a victorian pier.

Truly enjoyed the single room with lovely bathroom, and quiet and ideal location close to the beach. The staff were amicable and excellent throughout my visit. Everything here was lovely, I will come back.

The location was magnificent and ideal, close enough to The Cafe on The Corner, the main beach and promenade and both the Town and main Sea Front. What's more, Joyland was situated just 1 km away.

All the staff were affable, helpful. It had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location very close to local attractions and the trucks. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

good breakfast, excellent room. while staying in this hotel, you can visit sea life centre great yarmouth, just 1 mile away. the new norfolk oven, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property.
